Returns Policy

General Policy

Custom-Made Items

All items sold by Dyenamic Sublimation are custom-made to order based on your specifications. As such, these items cannot be returned or exchanged if you change your mind after production has commenced.

Defective or Incorrect Items

    • In the rare event that you receive an item that is defective or not made according to your order specifications, we will gladly help rectify the specific issue for you.
    • To be eligible for a return due to defects or incorrect items, please contact us within 28 days of receiving your order.

Return Process for Defective or
Incorrect Items

    • Step 1: Contact your account manager at Dyenamic Sublimation via Phone on (08) 9361 5781 or email within 28 days of receiving your order. Provide your invoice number, a description of the issue, and, if possible, include photographs of the defect or incorrect item.
    • Step 2: Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
    • Step 3: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
    • Step 4: If approved, we will process a replacement of the defective or incorrect item at no additional cost to you. If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

    • Custom-made items where no defect is present.
    • Items that have been worn, altered, or washed.
    • Items that have been damaged due to not following the proper care instructions
      or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Important Notes

Accuracy of Specifications

Please ensure that all specifications, including sizes, colours, and design details, are correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for errors in the information provided by the customer.

Colour Variations

There may be slight variations in colour between the product images on our website and the final product due to differences in monitor settings and fabric dye sublimation. These variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for return.

Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled as production begins immediately.
