Our Managing Director, Chris Smith, brings a wealth of experience to the company, having previously served as a Test Cricketer for England and later as the Chief Executive of the Western Australian Cricket Association (WACA) for an impressive 7 years. In 2000, Chris acquired Embroidery WA, a company with just 2 staff members at the time. Under his leadership, Embroidery WA has flourished, now boasting a team of 20 dedicated staff members and embroidering over 15,000 garments every week.
Chris’s firsthand encounters with challenges in the realm of Dye Sublimated sports clothing inspired him to embark on this new venture, driven by a vision to streamline and perfect the process.
Since opening our doors in 2013, we have steadily built a reputation for delivering top-notch quality, unwavering consistency, and lightning-fast turnaround times. Our customers consistently affirm that we are the most dependable manufacturer of sports clothing of this kind in Australia.
One of the hallmarks of our company is our exceptional staff retention rate, our turnover is almost zero and has been for many years. This means that when you choose to partner with us, you can count on interacting with the same dedicated team members year after year, fostering strong and enduring relationships built on trust and familiarity.
Dye Sublimation Printing is a process of applying a heat sensitive ink to fabric which permanently dyes the fabric. This involves printing the inks onto a specialised paper which is then laid onto the fabric and run through a heat press at a high temperature and pressure. The ink is then transferred permanently into the weave of the fabric.
Our commitment to providing entirely Australian-made products is matched by our dedication to reliable service, ensuring exceptional quality for each specialised and unique garment we create.
All aspects of our production process are carried out right here in Australia, ensuring that our clients receive a product that is entirely Australian made. We invest heavily in cutting-edge equipment, top-quality inks, and fabrics. Our dye sublimation papers and inks come from Europe, and our fabrics undergo extra moisture wicking & antibacterial treatments than is normal.
We pride ourselves on delivering reliable service with consistent turnaround times. Typically, once artwork is approved, you can expect your order to be completed in 5 weeks or less. Depending on the timing and our current workload, we can prioritise urgent orders, though surcharges may apply to cover the additional resources required to meet tighter deadlines.
We believe we are the most consistently reliable manufacturer in Australia, a reputation that resonates strongly with our valued customers. In our pursuit of perfection, we prioritise flexibility, understanding that the demands of our clients can vary. That's why we've streamlined our processes to accommodate top-up orders with a minimum requirement of just 15 units.
We provide a personal experience, whereby you are able to work directly with our in house graphic designers to create your perfect, specialised unique garment (we can also do this via skype, etc. if you prefer). We can also provide a printed fabric panel of your design so you can be confident with the artwork prior to full production.
